Día De Los Muertos (Todos Somos Calaveras)

Is a holiday dedicated to honoring our dead.  They celebrate it in Panama where my family roots are but the most extravagant and well known celebrations are from our Mexican sisters and brothers.  I was inspired by the sugar skulls and commissioned a Mexican artist and friend (Antonio Rivera) to create it for me.  Todos Somos Calaveras means we are all skeletons in Spanish.  It means that we all have our own skeletons under our skins as well as in our own closets.  Also, very thanks to Mexican lithographer and cartoonist Jose Guadalupe Posada who is known as the originator of the skeletons and sugar skulls we are all so familiar with
